It consists of an air-conditioned facade, floor and roof structure. The facade construction consists of two walls with an air space between them. The passage of the air space through the reinforced concrete slab is solved by means of openings in the reinforced concrete slab 30/15 cm, which also serve to prevent a thermal bridge, and the entire air space, in addition to being an air conditioning vertical, is also an installation vertical.
Air conditioning vertical and horizontal are connected and form one whole. At their beginning, there is an air conditioning chamber that blows air of a certain temperature into them, and at the ends there are grills (wall, floor and ceiling) through which conditioned air is blown into the rooms.
The air space inside the facade wall and the floor towards the unheated space is also a thermal insulator, and the air space of the floor between the heated rooms is a warm floor. Inside the air-conditioned rooms, we have warm floors, walls and ceilings so that we have an even heating of the rooms, and through the grilles, in addition to tempering the air in the rooms, we exchange and supply fresh air.
The air conditioning chamber heats or cools the air to a certain temperature, which is regulated by a regulator located on the air conditioning chamber. At the entrance doors to the apartments and balcony doors, there are air-conditioning grills that are also thermal curtains so that when entering and leaving the heated space, the inflow of cold air into the heated space is prevented.
